I ordered from Cherry Culture two weeks again, I ordered tons of NYX products, I still have not received my order. I have tried calling the customer service number that they have listed, but every time I call no-one answers, I have sent emails as well and they finally sent me a email back today, not answering any of my questions, they gave me a weird tracking number and everytime I try and track it it tells me this Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. What the heck does this mean? If I cannot get anyone on the phone too talk too about this or if I cant get them to answer my questions through email What am I suppose too do? How will I get all the money back I spent if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I will never order from Cherry Culture again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
