Wow googling "gosh effect powder" now! Does it go on that nice or do you have to layer & use it wet to get that intensity?

It's not wet at all, I just pushed it onto a base of TFSI and a thin layer of Nyx Milk Theyre absolutely gorgeous and so easy to work with..
