I'm new to specktra but I recently had an interview at a carrier fair with MAC I had the first group interview yesterday and today I called them back. She said that I was a great candidate for their next round of the career fair since they were only hiring permanent positions but she said that she would like to add me to their freelance team and have me number one on the list for calling freelancers and for permeant positions. I'm just confused because I didn't have a makeup application interview nor did I fill out any real application. Do I do that on my first day of freelance or are they saying that I am first on their list to call for freelance hiring? I'm going to call at the end of the week so I don't seem annoying or silly, but does anyone know anything or....?
