Hello everyone, I've recently discovered that after college (approx 1 year from now) I want to continue working in the cosmetic industry; however I would rather not be on the sales floor all day. I'm starting to take an interest in the behind the scenes duties so to speak. I'm looking into positions such as an account coordinator or an assistant buyer as far as entry level. If there is anyone who has any information regarding the required experience, education, etc please feel free to enlighten me 
. I also would like to know about the road it takes to get there if anyone knows anything. If you work this kind of position or know someone who does please share with me any tips you have regarding this as a career choice. Thanks in advance!
