DEEEP red lipstick

Lately, I've been craving a deep, dark, true blood red lipstick.
People on Makeup Alley suggested Ellis Faas L101 "Ellis Red."
I bought it, and it's the PERFECT color; just what I wanted.
However, the click-pen applicator is messy and wasteful.
I'd love to find that same color, in conventional lipstick form.
Any recommendations?

I looked at Illamasqua, and "Sangers" looks pretty promising, if it's dark enough.

Maybe NARS " Fire Down Below " it's a deep blood red. To me it's a perfect blood red.

I have Fire Down Below and Media, FDB is really a true blood lipstick, Media is darker.

I have Sangers. It's more of a mid-red to me. If you want something darker, try Howl, perhaps?

What about MAC Russian Red? It can look really deep red, especially on lighter skin.
