Not sure about wages, but I know that you get a free pound of coffee every week... and probably all the caramel macchiatos you can drink (ahhh heaven) lol

my friend james work at starbucks. and yah they pay minimum wage and at the end of the shift, the employees get to split the tip jar

plus that free pound of coffee and discounts on all the stuff
