Drugstore matte eyeshadow

I usually buy wet n wild, or NYC brand makeup at rite aid. Or NYC or la colors at dollar general and family dollar. Most of the eyeshadow I find is shiny/sparkly and I'm looking for something for matte. Does anyone know of an eyeshadow that these brands carry?

I don't know if they still have it, and dollar stores dont always carry the full line.. but wet n wild I Love Matte Palette.
