drugstore Navy Blue e/l

I'm looking for a navy blue eyeliner. A dark navy, but unmistakably blue.
If anyone knows of a good drugstore one, please let me know! Thanks

I really like HIP eyeliner in Midnight. In the pot it looks like a peacock blue, but when I swatched it, it came out navy blue. In the picture, I caked it on, and I'm an NC15, so I'm pretty pale. On someone with average pigmentation, it'll look less electric and more navy blue. The other two are, from left to right, Macroviolet from MAC and Eggplant from HIP.

I second HiP cream liner! The brush that comes with it sucks for liner (it's great for brows though) but if you have a 266 or similar it works wonderfully!
