I used Delft as a base. Then I sprayed my 239 MAC brush with fix+. Just enough to make it somewhat wet. Then I picked up a little bit of the pigment and mixed it on the lid of the pigment jar to get a creaminess consistency and padded it on my lid. Hope that helps!
