Do you mean the ones where you brush on eyeshadow through the stencil, then pluck the area outside the line? Sephora has them. Look up Anastasia.

I bought the TARTE eyebrow 'box' (with all kinds of little essential for glamming up your brows...it's pretty neat), and it came with three eyebrow stencils...
