Fine hair help!

Looking for ideas/suggestions for how to "help" fine/thin hair.

It's just below my shoulders, and rather unruly, so I straighten it, but what bugs me the most is that it takes literally nothing for my hair to decide to become wavy e.g. when I take my dog for a walk my body heat "re-sets" my hair so it sets in the curve of my jacket - is there any product out there that can stop this happening?

Maybe you could try FORCAPIL ( 3 months at least ), it's normally efficient. A 3 month treatment is the rule, probably more. I am on lithium carbonate that's what I am supposed to try ( alopecia if I don't ! ), I would also recommand to see a dermatologist.
