Hair color question.. please respond

I just got highlights and found out recently that my dance coach is having us spray temporary hair color spray to make the team a dark brown color for our competition day. Will this spray affect my color or damage it?

no u can just wash out the temporary hair color

I have had this problem in the salon before with the Halloween sprays. It really depends on the condition and porosity of your hair. I had one girl who put in the red and it stained her hi-lights pink. You could always do a test strand and see if it washes out after, before you spray your whole head. I am not trying to scare you, just want to warn you that just because its temporary doesn't mean it wont stain your hair where the hi-lights are.

if your high lights are super light or damaged, it can stain, it happened to me before with temporary black color.. idk it just seems silly that you can ruin your hair color for something like this
