I interviewed with the Retail talent coordinator of Lancome. That interview went well so I went on to the Talent plus part also did very well. I waited one month for a Live audition. Waited one month for the response. I did well on the audition which lead me to fill out an application at Macy's to complete the process. I went in today for what I was hoping for my last interview. She asked me a few questions and excused herself she came back in with a counter manager from another line.. She said they filled the position already. If I was open to it I was open to it because I'm in need of a job. But I don't understand why I had 3 interviews with Lancome but when it came to the final one I didn't even have the opportunity to interview for it they had already filled it.??? Plz help if anyone knows ?? I need questions.. Lancome is my top in dream jobs and I just didn't understand why I didn't have an opportunity for the fourth interview ?
