Help my lipstick!!!!

I dont nkow what im doing wrong but after awhile of use my lipsticks crack at the bottom or lip against the top of the casing. it seems like my MAC lipsticks go soft on me :S does this happen to everyone else

I store my L/S's in the fridge id they start going a bit strange on me... helps harden them up again!

This happens 2 me if i leave it in my purse or in the car and its hot out. Sometimes when i roll it up all the way i might put 2 much pressure and crack it a bit. But thats any lipstick not just mac ones. So i just roll it up enough 2 apply.
