HELP... need advice...

Hey everyone,

what a wonderful day it is in Michigan. well just to give you guys an update on my life. I moved back home to be with my mom cause you guys know a college/graduate needs to save money for a year maybe i should have stayed away from MAC. HA HA THAT IS FUN. But anywho I have been looking at my favorite MAC Makeup blogs and i was wondering if you guys could answer a question for me....:
What does foiled or foiling mean when you use pigments?????

As far as I know, it's just applying the product wet.

That means you apply pigment wet with water or mixing medium.

It makes the color go on more vibrant and helps it stick to the lid better. I hope tht helps
