Help... need recommendation for a base.

I love bright colors and use them regularly, however I find i have such a hard time getting the colors to be bold and smooth over my eyelid. I have used everything from paints, shadesticks, p+p, nothing works. Im very pale, so you wouldnt think it would be hard... I also have greasy skin/eyelids (ewww i hate saying that... greasy eyelids... it reminds me of a bad punk band)

Any thoughts?

have you tried Urban Decay Primer Potion? That works for me I use it everyday, it never creases it helps intensify color a bit too but I use shadesticks alot I apply them with my finger so it blends more smoothly. HTH
