how do i get my eyes like this ???

i want the eye look
if you know a tutorail on it maybe video on the internet please let me know thanks and what colors do i need

MAC 's Carbon e/s would work, or any matte black.

And to achieve the shape I say apply tape to the outer corners on the eyes and apply the eyeshadow slanted some what, for the cat eye sort of it.
