is ebay allowing sample selling again?

I didn't think they were allowed either! Even if they have changed that I wouldn't buy from either seller though; the first one is selling a ton of fakes and the second one has bad feedback!

They are still banned, but they don't usually get caught because eBay focuses most of their attention on the really illegal stuff. (Ivory, living things, ect.). It would be cool if eBay had someone(s) that focused on the makeup and beauty section of their site, a lot more of this crap would be taken down!
