the color combo is nice but i wouldve liked to see you pull it up a bit more. i feel like the eyes are kinda sagging down/droopy at the ends [not your shadow but just the eyes], maybe wing the liner.. just a tad or something?

nope, not at all actually.
hydrocortisone is used as an antibacterial cream, and a cream to heal wounds and cuts.

i have naturally chapped dry lips, nothing ever helps, but hydrocortisone.

i am a pharmacy major, and i asked my OTC drug therapy professor, and he said it is perfectly safe and harmless.
