Hi, around march 2012 I dyed my hair black. Since then I was happy with the transformation and kept my hair that colour for a long time. But recently I decided I wanted a change and decided to dye my hair red. I went to the salon to have my colour removed, and hair dyed. 6 hours and £67 later I emerged from the hairdressers with faded red roots and black ends. No where near what I wanted. Yet my Nana wouldn't complain because she's been going to that hairdressers for years, and she didn't want to get on their bad side, and she thinks it looks fine. Now my roots are a mixture of dark brown black and orange. I don't feel my hair has been damaged and I don't know whether to get my hair bleached at home or go back to the hairdressers and get it stripped again. I'm wanting it a very vibrant red and need advice on how to get rid of the black and get it red! And I need it doing before I go back to school. Help!,x
