Yes, I have ordered tons of stuff from them. They are great. Super customer service. If you don't have a coupon code just do a search for Karmaloop coupon. There will be some type. Usually when you sign up for their email you get a $10 first time customer coupon. I love their bags and shoes. I'm a Tokidoki nut and I order my daughter a lot of cute tees and tops from there. I have never had a problem from them and I order several times a year from them.

I haven't ordered from the myself but I girl I know has and loves it. As for sizing, yes, it depends on the brand.
I think Karmaloop is a great site. And like shadowaddict said, you can get coupon codes easily. If you have a facebook, search up Karmaloop and their fanpage usually publishes frequent codes so you can save money.
