It tends to be available at very high end department stores, so I would start there. Or check www.laprairie.com for a list of retailers. They are a Swiss company, so I expect their distribution in Europe is good.

Here in Italy LP does not sell make up except the its wonderful foundation line. I guess the Le collection pictured above is completely out of stock nowadays
