Light-medium foundation for dry & sensitive skin

I usually get by with just concealer (on the cavernous pits under my eyes and any redness) and Stila Illuminating Powder Foundation, but I have a best friend's wedding coming up and would like to look a bit more special. I have stupidly dry and sensitive skin though, so need something as moisturising as possible, without being oily, and that will also last reasonably well.

In the past I have used Becca LSC and Stila ILF, and didn't mind them but I'm wondering if there's anything better out there. I used to love Stila's Pivotal skin, but don't like the reformulation

I have recently tried Prescriptives Traceless in Level 2 (not impressed) and MAC Select Tint (too orange, and I think I reacted to it - not sure as I took it off ASAP after it started to tingle).

Any ideas would be appreciated muchly

My only limitation (beyond being in the cosmetic wastelands of Australia) is that I won't use brands that test on animals, like Covergirl/Maybelline/L'Oreal etc.
