It`s all about the right tool, i`m still struggling and learning. But if you have skin soft and a bit wrinkly like mine, it will be hard to do it with a pencil because you can `t get a thin line, so I`m using 266 ( strange 263 doesn`t work) with shadow. It`s all the rage in my country so I`m trying to learn it.
