MAC Foundation Shade confusion

Hey ladies. I have been thinking about purchasing MAC face and body foundation but I have no clue what shade I would be. I was hoping you ladies could help me out. In the picture below I am fresh faced with natural sunlight hitting my skin am I in the NC50 range or NW45 or something else? NC 50 looks about right.......best way to know is to get some samples.

I definitely agree with kimmyk and try out a few samples, especially to see if you have more yellow tones than red. Then you can find similar shades via the findation site.
