MAC Hello Kitty Brush Set

So my husband ordered some Hello Kitty Collection for V-Day. It just got here today. Immediately I set at work to clean my brushes.......and while the set is definitely the cutest thing ever........both my 187 and 109 brushes washed out so much dye my paper towels turned black and gray. My 187 is still rinsing black water after 3 washes! The 187's white bristle are gray from the dye and the 109 is nothing like my full size 109.

Anyone else have this problem?

yeah that happens from time to time but it hasnt happened to me personally but i am sure one of the specktralites can advice you

oh wow thats crazy! def return or exchange it. i didn't get the brush set because it felt really cheap.

i dont know if this helps but back in dec i brought the holiday brush set and my 187se bled a few times during the cleansing process but eventually it stopped. I think it only happened like 3-4 times.

I will only use my HK 187SE with powder and the HK 109SE compared to the regular 109 is like a totally different brush altogether as described and pictured in the following threads
