Hey,
Im NC35 too, and I am quite into the CCB in premeditated at the mo'...
I use a blush brush for a light wash of colour, with foundation brush for a bit more colour and smoother finish and (of course..) fingers to swipe it on and go.
What I like about it is the looks can change from a light wash of pink to a brighter shade depending on how it is layered/ blended. It reminds me of a prettier version of Benefit Benetint, wich I also have.
I know it looks a tad clownish in the pan, but looks real nice when applied with a light hand (not clownish, I promise!) If you are still in doubt (as I was,) check it out at a MAC counter.
