MAC on line exchange

A quick question for "connaisseurs"
I love all skin products from MAC, I have most of them. I reacted badly to strobe cream and the scrub mask.
I went to a counter to get an exchange, the girl at the counter said nothing she could do about it. ( need to say- No receit -_- )
I'm stuck with those product purchased last week.
I have Microfine refinisher and fix +: (they seem to be the best)
How can I get an exchange?
Does any one know a quick email address to solve this on line?

I would call MAC on line. I bet they would do something.
