I may in fact be posting this in the wrong forum...
I have been actively practicing doing makeup on myself and will often take time when I am not busy to try new looks, new color combinations and new techniques on myself. This has certainly helped me improve my makeup skills and has shown me how to tell what looks good on me and what doesn't.I,by no means long to be a makeup artist, this is a great hobby for me and it makes me feel good. I however, would like to learn how to apply makeup on others such as my friends and family members, I know this takes practice and the only sure way to learn is to practice on them, Do you guys have any tips?
My friends are coming in from out of state and we have an event planned out. I have a friend who lives nearby who typically does our makeup on these days. I typically like what she does but I find that sometimes I do a better job on my own face, depends. anyway my friends from out of state prefer that "Covergirl Flawless" makeup look, I thought maybe this would be a good chance for me.
