match for shade f/l?

Hi! Thank you girls for all your great recs on neutral looks. They have helped a lot!

Right now I am trying to find a close match to shade fl. I have humid shadow but I prefer something matte and darker -- I also have forever green powerpoint which is shimmery and not pigmented enough.

Is femme-noir relatively matte and easy to work with wet? That seems like my best bet.

femme noir is matte, and I find that it works wonderfully wet.

meadow-might work, actually I love to wear Urban Decay Mildew over sage fluidline- its a bit lighter but I don't have femme noir or plumage (might have to check them out).
