mauve/lilac face primers

was wondering if anyone has used a coloured primer, particularly the mauve or lilac coloured one to cut out sallowness? did it help or not? also can u tell me what your skin tone is roughly? i am thinking of getting one...

In my opinion, I don't really like colored "correctors". Once you neutralize a color on your skin, youre left with an ashy tone.. (the majority of the time)
