May be a stupid question (Demos)

I'm just wondering if when hired through HR to work for a counter like Estee Lauder or Clinique do you have to go through the same demo process as you do with MAC? That is bringing in a model and making them up.

I don't really seem to see many people talk about it with too many companies other than MAC.

A friend who worked for Laura Mercier said that MAC is the only brand she's heard of that does demo interviews. I don't know if this is accurate.

As far as I know...MAC is the only line that requires demos...
