Hello Everyone.....Hate to rant about this however! Milani has raised the price of their Milani Easy Brow pencil from $2.49 to $5.49. Now I know it's still a bargain price however am I the only one that feels a little miffed by this? I easily go through one of these every month due to the fact that I have very sparse eyebrows and have found the spoolie brush to be the best...does anyone one have any suggestions for a substitute that would give me more bang for my buck?
