Nars powder foundation shade HELP HELP HELP

Hello, I wear macao in Nars sheer glow. since i don t like liquid foundation, i want to switch to the Nars powder foundation. I have yellow undertone. I would like to have an idea about what shade i should be in the Nars powder foundation.
I live in a town where there is no Nars store. I have to order online

Have you tried googling foundation equivalencies? I find that many people speak "Mac" and discovered other foundations and shades when I searched using my Mac shade of NC50. You might also try this website for foundation equivalencies: http://findation.com
