Really it looks like all she did was put a dark brown shadow (Espresso?) on her lid, fill in her brows with something dark (I use Brun), throw on mascara, a bright pink blush (Dollymix) just on the upper cheekbones, blended down toward the apples, and a berry lip stain, or lipstick that's been blotted. I'd probably use Drench from Illamasqua, maybe Dubonnet or Spice it Up from MAC.

Oh, forgot about the liner...just a black liner in the waterline...Feline, Engraved, etc...you could probably even use Smolder and smudge it at the outer edge right under your waterline...
