need recs for a new cleanser/make-up remover

It seems I am always on a quest for the perfect cleanser. I used Clean and Clear for years, but I want something that can remove my eye make-up at the same time. I switched back to Mary Kay's Creamy Cleanser but when I use my toner the cotton ball is still taking make-up off! Which would mean it's not doing a very good job. I tried DHC Deep Cleansing Oil and had a bad reaction to the stuff. I'm thinking of trying Mary Kay Timewise. Can anyone recommend a good cleanser to remove make-up (eyes included) for normal/combination skin?

If it's for non-waterproof makeup, I used the Dove Self-Foaming facewash, that comes in a pump dispenser. Removed all my makeup and washed my face, without drying it out.

I love Lush Ultra Bland with a cotton wool pad and warm water! It takes off the blackest and heaviest make up with ease, not to mention liquid last liners! And it smells yummy too
