Please review these guidelines before posting a new thread in the Recommendations Forum:

- Before posting, please utilize the "search this forum" feature found under the page directory across from the "new thread" button.

- Please include the appropriate information to ensure you get the best suggestion. Things like skintone, hair and eye colour are good starting points. Keep in mind, the more info you provide, the more others can potentially help.

- Please include specifics in your thread title. The type of item you're looking for and your colouring are very important and if they're in the title, will help you get more specific suggestions from people with personal experience.

- Please remember this forum is for PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS only. If you have questions concerning a specific product from a specific line or a question about a technique, please post it in the appropriate forum. For example, if you are asking for recommendations on Chanel products, please post in the Chanel subforum in Cosmetic Discussion.

NEW! All MAC recommendation requests should be posted in the MAC Recommendations subforum: http://www.specktra.net/forum/list/612

Thank you in advance for following these guidelines to help us keep the forum organized and provide maximum benefit to Specktra members.

re: NEW GUIDELINES for Recommendations forum - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

just wanted to add, please note the stickied threads at the top of the forum. in them you will find the most commonly sought after suggestions. if there's one there covering what you're looking for, please post your query in there rather than start a new thread.
