Nordstroms Vs Macys

Hi ladies
So I got offered a Job at both Nordstroms and Macys. Nordstroms is for Smashbox counter manager or two other counters of my choice or Macys non manager for Laura Mercier...... the thing is the Nordstroms location is I heardis a slow location and the Laura is the biggest account on the west coast but has 6 girls and a manager who has been there for ten years so looks like no advancement for manager anytime soon ....any advice ? I need to decide soon!!!

Personally, I would take the manager position at Nordies, but really this is something that you have to decide for yourself based on where you see your future in the makeup retail industry is going. Would you rather work for Laura Mercier/Macys?

coming from Sephora I think working at Macys even if its a high volume store would be a step backwards, but I dont want to regret not taking Macys offer and not being able to make my goals at the slow Nordstrom location then risk losing my job
