I am ALL ABOUT the rainbow eyes!

I don't think your undereye circles are noticeable at all, but if you ARE worried about bags, you can try freezing some spoons and resting them against your undereye to lessen the bags. Or--and this always gets me funny looks!--you can rub something with a little witch hazel in it on your undereye 10 minutes or so before you start doing your make-up. Preperation H is a popular choice.
