I used:
Melon pigment used wet as a base
samoa silk eyeshadow tearducts and inner crease
off the radar pigment crease and outer corner
vanilla pigment as highlighter
foxy lady eyekohl on upper and lower lashline and waterline
samoa silk on lower lid
aphex 3d glass
dabbed a tiny bit melon pigment on the lips
