Saw Baci's post yesterday and I loved it so much I did my own take for Mardi Gras in Sydney last night.

It doesn't look as bright because the boyfriend refused to point the flash right into my face... But anyway here goes

& here's one of me at the parade, waiting for it to start (the lipstick had worn off by then cos i'd eaten quickly. i was starving!!!)

looking at what shadows you used it looks like the ones you chose just werent as vibrant. my green really popped because i placed "newly minted" with the parrot. and instead of goldmine i used chrome, which is verrry vibrant. i think yours looks nice, and i like how you put the purple on the inner corner of your lid
