Pink Ingot..Help?!

Hi, I have that metal x pink ingot shadow and really dont know what to do with it! I dont want to hate it, but that color just doesnt pop on my skin whatsoever! I read some recc to use it as a blush, but i need some ideas on using it as an eyeshadow. For a reference, I'm an Asian tan skin (NC30). So ladies...any suggestions??

That color really catched my eyes, but i realized the Expensive Pink eyeshadow is kind of similar to it. So i didn't buy it. For my Expensive Pink, i sometimes put Vanilla pigment on top of it. I think it looks very good.
