Powerpoint eyeliners

Hi i'm a person with oily lids and almost every eyeliner transfers on my lids. I was wondering if there's anyone with oily lids that this eyeliner works for. I really need your opinions. Thanks

i know i recommended them already in your other thread, BUT....
i have oily lids and hooded lids. and i highly recommend them! they really do stay put, and they go on easily.
i do use a primer under my eye makeup, either udpp or too faced shadow insurance.

i tend to set these with a shadow,and i use a base beforehand..and yes, i have oily lids and slightly hooded ones but they work for me

i hope they are good!
i have super oily lids and all eyeliners go crazy on me. especially the lower lash line/ water line..
even urban decay pencils dont work
