problem with the mac website..?

i had no idea where to put this.

anyway, i made an order like a week & a half ago on the website.. i got the email that said my order would be processed in 1-2 days. but never got anything back.
when i log into my mac account it says the order is still pending, but i'm just curious if anybody else ever had this problem?
the last few times i've ordered from then i would have already had my package by now..
is there a way i can cancel that order?

That's happened to me once or twice; I've ordered something and never got a shipping notice, but did get my package within a week of ordering. I'd recommend you call the 1-800 number, give them your order number and see what's going on.

Yep, call their 1-800 number, they are usually really nice and helpful!

that has happened to me where it stays in the pending status, but I've always gotten my stuff. I think it may happen if you ordered something that wasn't immediately available and it delays the order, I would call and ask for the tracking info.
