Real Or Fake? I need opinions!

I've been looking around for burnt burgundy pigment, and i can't find any samples or full size jars on any websites that I know sell authentic MAC products.

I decided to do a search on ebay, and there were only 3 or 4 listed. There is one that i'm prettyyyy sure is genuine, she has high positive feedback, and all the comments I read about the mac sales were positive and the customers were happy.

I'd love if if any of you gals and guys could give me your thoughts on whether this pigment is real or fake.

I've had a look on the thread of which sellers to avoid on ebay, and there's been no mention of this username.

Idk... I would ask the seller for more photos. This looks fishy - just because of the cheap price and the quantity available. Honestly - I's avoid any pigment on ebay that isn't in a new style tub.

you definately need more detailed pics of the container to tell..i was on mac's live journal community a few days ago and there was this posting that may be helpful in spotting real from a fake:
