recs for a pretty blue e/s please :)

I'm NW20, black hair w/ hazel eyes. I've always steered towards purples, grays, greens and browns for my eye color. I'm expanding my collection and I have no blues! I'd love a versatile blue...something I can use with other colors. I don't mind bright colors but I hate Lustres! I'm thinking of Freshwater. Anyone have any ideas for a good color for me...and what color e/s combinations can I make with it? i.e. good colors to pair blues with w/o looking like a clown
