How cute is she??? MAC recs - ladyblush creme blush, syrup with whirl liner on the lips.
On the eyes. Sheer neutral lid but with liquid liner on top in a cat's eye and some thick black lashes (#4s, maybe) and a bit of black kohl on the outer corner bottom lashes.
