recs of makeup for this look?

hmm im not sure if i put this in the right forum..sorry if i didnt! does anyone know of makeup that i could use to get this exact eye makeup look?

and do you think the eyeliner is surrounding the entire eye on top and bottom? and do you think thats black liner, or another dark color?

This is a super hard photo to tell color wise, at least on my monitor... I can't see her lids so no idea there!

It really just looks like black eye kohl all around the eye and waterlines, with probably something like Carbon e/s over the top to smudge it a bit. That and a lot of mascara on top and bottom lashes looks like it does the trick.

Yeah I agree...just looks like eyeliner on the waterline and maybe thick liner over the top of the eye...I like loreal's liquid liner and clinique's cream liner for the water line
