RSS subscribe

Hi moderators, i have 2 questions..
1. How do I subscribe each thread/discussion/forum through my google reader not email?
2. How do i get update specktra blog through my google reader? I see each post has its own link to share. but i want to read all post in ONE specktra blog through my google reader.

I know very little about RSS subscribe. I dunno if you've looked at any of the options on the "Google Reader" site, but I searched and found this and hope it leads you in a better direction:

http://www.google.com/reader/view/#d...ch/specktra//0

You can search for Specktra feeds and it has a lot of different subscriptions.
