Scratched off label?

I just bought Post Haste refill pan from allwholesalecosmetics.

I noticed when I looked at the backside label (on top of the magnet) that the name was scratched off of it. The rest of the label is legible except the name.

Anyone know why that would be?

Maybe it just got scratched by accident at some point? I'm not sure.
When I bought Vellum eyeshadow the top of the box was cut in half because of a box cutter.

It was definitely dont on purpose. It is perfectly scratched right where the name is.

I don't think it's fake....but it's just odd because Ive never seen that on any of my pans.

she usually sells stuff that has labels missing/scratched off, etc for a lot cheaper because of that fact alone. i bought a lipstick from her for like 7 bucks because the label was missing.

They emailed me back, it was mistakenly labeled as Carbon.

So that is why!
